⛱️... Soaking in the Sun...🌞

Sunlight is of main importance for upholding good health. Sunbath should be taken primary in the morning. 🌄
 
What is a Sunbath ??
The acquaintance of body to sun rays at a specific time is termed as sunbath .
The mild sunlight of morning and evening is to be taken. The penetrating sunlight of the mid-day should be evaded. 
Do not look directly into the sun, the period of sun bath should be 5 minutes. This time can be augmented gradually. In summer,  it should be taken for 15 minutes and for 50 minutes during winter.

• It has some medicinal standards too: 
Exposure to sunlight can boost mood , result in better sleep , and helps vitamin-D production which strengthens bones and may help fight certain diseases.

The benefits of sunlight and vitamin-D include: 
-Reduced depression
-Better sleep
-Stronger bones 
-Boosted immune system

Alternatives to sunbathing : 
if you don't want to lie in the sun but still want the benefits , yess you cann 🙌🏻
• Open the windows while you're driving 
• Exercise outside
• Eat a meal outdoors
• Eat foods rich in vitamin-D .

The Wonder Spice, Turmeric.

Turmeric gets its health benefits primarily because of ,a bioactive component, called Curcumin in it . Curcumin has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. 


Luster to the skin
Turmeric revives the skin by bringing out a natural glow. One can mix it with yogurt or honey for better results. 
           Turmeric not only contributes to a natural glow but also helps to heal wounds more quickly.

There are enough studies that provide conclusive evidence about how turmeric can help other skin conditions like Eczema, Alopecia and lichen planus.

You should be careful about the dosage the type of product that you are using also how it might react with other medications that you are on . Avoid taking too much turmeric at one time , wait and see how your body reacts before taking it more.
