Take time to process.....

•  A HUGE WALL INSIDE MY HEART  : 

The feeling of betrayal is one of the worst things a person can experience. It is a feeling of being let down, of being disappointed by someone you thought you could trust. It's the feeling of being stabbed in the back by someone you thought was on your side. Betrayal shatters the trust that is at the heart of any relationship, and it can take years to rebuild that trust once it has been broken.
 It starts with small lies, little things that you might not even notice at first. But over time, those lies add up, and the person who you thought you knew begins to show their true colors. And when the truth finally comes out, it's like a punch in the gut. You feel sick, and you wonder how you could have been so blind.
Healing from betrayal is a journey, not a destination. It takes time, patience, and a willingness to let go of the hurt and pain. It's about learning to trust again, both in yourself and in others. It's about finding the strength to forgive, even when it feels impossible. 

Trust denied :
It can be a painful and challenging experience. Trust is an essential ingredient in any relationship, be it personal or professional. It is the foundation upon which we build our connections with others, and it forms the bedrock of our sense of security and safety. However, what happens when trust is denied? When we are unable to trust those around us, it can be a deeply unsettling and painful experience that can leave us feeling alone, vulnerable, and unsupported.

• Betrayal is one of the most devastating experiences a person can endure. Whether it comes in the form of deception, or broken promises, betrayal can shatter our trust in others and leave us feeling alone and isolated. However, healing from betrayal is possible.
It's essential to give yourself permission to feel whatever you're feeling, whether it's anger, sadness, or confusion. Bottling up your emotions or denying them can prolong the healing process and make it more challenging to move forward. Instead, allow yourself to feel your emotions fully and express them in healthy ways, such as talking to a trusted friend or therapist or engaging in creative activities like writing or art. Healing from a  betrayal takes time. It's essential to give yourself the space and time you need to process what has happened fully. This may involve taking a break from the relationship or situation that caused the betrayal ,there will be ups and downs along the way. It's okay to take breaks and come back to the healing process when you feel ready.
 
LOOKING THINGS WITH A FRESH OUTLOOK :

FORGIVENESS ~  

Forgiveness is an essential part of healing from betrayal, but it doesn't mean forgetting what has happened. Forgiveness involves releasing the anger and resentment you may be holding onto and moving forward with a sense of compassion and understanding. However, it's important to set healthy boundaries and protect yourself from further harm. Forgiveness doesn't mean allowing the person who betrayed you to continue to hurt you or placing yourself in a vulnerable position.
